ILLUSTRATED MAP FOR ITALY 2, PARIS
I was commissioned by Hammerson to create a site-specific illustrated map of South-East Paris for the Italie 2 shopping center located in Place d'Italie, Paris, 13th arrondissement. The original artwork was hand-drawn to scale, then precision laser-cut into a 9m² sheet of thick metal and inlaid with dark red resin. Permanently embedded into the floor at one of the building’s main entrances, the piece invites visitors to pause and explore the city through a bold, graphic interpretation of its streets and landmarks, a lasting tribute to the local identity of this vibrant Parisian district.
PARIS MAP FOR HOTEL DU LEVANT, PARIS
Paris paper cut map, commissioned by Hotel du Levant, Paris, Quartier Latin. The design is printed in gold on transparent vinyl and installed between the entrance and the lobby, allowing the map to be viewed in silhouette and through light, creating a subtle, elegant presence within the space.
LONDON MAP FOR WE WORK, LONDON
London paper cut map wall covering commissioned by We Work, London Paddington. The original hand-cut design was printed to scale and installed as a wall covering in one of the shared workspaces, bringing a graphic, location-specific focal point to the interior.
